Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our services at e-Registrations. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Definitions

• Orders: A request by you to purchase services from us.
• Website: Refers to e-Registrations, accessible from e-registrations.com.
• You: The individual accessing or using the service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

1. Order Cancellation Rights

You are not entitled to cancel the order you have placed for payment gateway services. There is no cancellation policy after the payment has been made for payment gateway services.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available if e-Registrations cannot provide the specified services described in the commercial proposal within 10 working days.

Services that, by their nature, are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or where the date of expiry is over, are not eligible for refunds.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any one-time charges (packages) that do not meet our conditions at our sole discretion.
