These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.e-registrations.com (the "Website") and any registration, booking, ticketing, or event-management services offered through it (collectively, the "Services"), provided by Conference and Exhibition Management Services Ltd., doing business as CEMS-Global ("CEMS-Global", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website or Services.

By using the Website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Website on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

The Website enables users to register for, book, and manage participation in conferences, exhibitions, and related events organized or facilitated by CEMS-Global or its partners. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

• You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Website.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at support@cems-global.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Registration for an event constitutes an offer to purchase access to that event, subject to acceptance and availability.
• All fees, applicable taxes, and currency will be clearly stated at the time of registration.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store complete payment card details on our servers.
• You agree to pay all fees associated with your registration in full and on time. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your registration.
• Invoices and receipts will be issued electronically to the email address provided at registration.

• Cancellation and refund terms for a specific event will be set out in that event's registration page or confirmation communication and form part of these Terms for that event.
• Unless otherwise stated for a specific event, requests for cancellation or refund must be submitted in writing to support@cems-global.com.
• We reserve the right to reschedule, relocate, modify the format of (e.g., in-person to virtual), or cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including force majeure events), in which case we will make reasonable efforts to notify registrants and, where applicable, offer a credit, transfer, or refund in accordance with the specific event's policy.

When using the Website and Services, you agree not to:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, other user accounts, or any connected systems or networks.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Conference and Exhibition Management Services Ltd. (DBA: CEMS-Global) and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Website or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
